Ordering & Delivery
We partner with top logistics companies across India to ensure timely deliveries. After your order is confirmed, it may take up to 48 hours to dispatch. Once shipped, expect delivery within 4-6 business days. We will send you updates via email and SMS, and you can track your order on our website.
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unworn items. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us at customercare@esmique. Please note, returns are accepted only if items are in their original packaging and haven't been used.
To return an item, email us at customercare@esmique with the product images and a return request. We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up within 72 hours. Refunds typically take 4-6 working days to process.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can change the delivery address. Contact us right away! Once dispatched, it's a bit trickier, but we may be able to call back the shipment and send a new one to the updated address.
Can I request expedited delivery?We typically ship most orders by air, but if you need your order sooner, let us know! We'll do our best to expedite the shipping.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can hold it until you're back. If it's already in transit, we’ll try to arrange a hold and reattempt delivery. However, this is not guaranteed. You may also ask a neighbour or security to accept the parcel on your behalf.
Yes, most of our logistics partners accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe) for cash on delivery.
If your order was cancelled due to missing information or an issue with COD, we may have tried to contact you. If you’d like to reorder, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to process it for you.

Returns
If you opted for a replacement, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive the returned item. Expect delivery within 5-7 working days after the pick-up.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the return is picked up. Please allow 5-6 working days for the funds to reach your account. If you still haven't received it, contact us, and we’ll escalate the matter.
Our logistics partners typically call before pick-up. If you don’t receive a notification, let us know, and we’ll follow up.
For protection, we recommend returning the jewellery in its original packaging. This will help prevent damage during transit.
Plating promise
Our warranty covers plating issues, including changes in color, loss of shine, or blackening. It doesn’t cover other types of damage.
If your product experiences plating issues within 180 days of delivery, we’ll arrange a return pick-up, replate the item, and send it back to you.
Email us photos of the product along with your order number, and we’ll arrange a return pick-up within 72 hours. If you don’t receive confirmation, reach out to customercare@esmique.
Claims can be made within 180 days from delivery, provided the jewelry has been used according to care instructions. Mishandling, or exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals, may void the warranty.
